Are You Living from Your Spark?
The question that changed everything for me (and might for you too).
"It's the craziest thing. Honestly, I don't even want to say it out loud. It's unbelievable."
My client’s words washed over me as she hesitantly lifted her arm, testing the motion, touching the place where pain had lived for so long. She wiggled a little, chuckled under her breath, still unsure if she should trust what had just happened.
I had told her it might work, or it might not. But judging by the look on her face, it clearly had.
This wasn’t the first time I’d seen something like this.
There was the client with lower back pain so intense it would freeze them up for days. Every specialist they saw told them the same thing: Everything looks normal. But nothing felt normal.
Or the client who kept absentmindedly rubbing their right thigh. "It’s really no big deal," they insisted—except that it had been bothering them for years.
And yet, after our sessions, the pain just… disappeared.
But how?
We’ve been taught to see things in a certain way:
If our body hurts, we assume there’s a physical problem causing it.
If a child has an uncontrollable outburst, we assume they need better discipline.
If we feel exhausted, lost, or unmotivated, we assume we need more rest, more coffee, or just a better attitude.
But what if there’s more to it?
I’m not a doctor. I don’t do bodywork. I don’t “fix” muscles, joints, or nerves.
I help release energy.
And time after time, I’ve seen what happens when someone lets go of something they’ve been holding onto—something they didn’t even realize was there.
So, what does this have to do with your Spark?
Pain is complex-even if its physically diagnosable it always has another side to it that we often ignore —an emotional component. These feelings can manifest in a physical, emotional or mental expression. It’s stuck energy that isn’t flowing the way it’s meant to. And when that energy is blocked, we don’t just feel pain—we feel off.
We lose our Spark.
We go through the motions of life, but we’re not alive in it.
And for moms? This can be even more intense. The daily demands, the expectations, the constant giving—it’s easy to lose touch with the part of you that lights up. The part that feels energized, creative, and fully you.
Maybe you remember her—that vibrant version of you who used to feel excited by life. The one who danced around the house singing loudly, or who felt lit up by a new hobby or passion. But now? That version of you feels distant, like she’s been buried under routines, laundry piles, and endless to-do lists.
How do you find your Spark again?
If you’ve felt that—if you’re stuck in a rut, overwhelmed, or just not yourself—it doesn’t mean you’re broken. It doesn’t mean you’re failing or that you’ve lost your ability to thrive. It simply means there’s energy inside you that’s waiting to flow again.
Imagine feeling lighter—like the weight you didn’t even know you were carrying has been lifted.
Imagine waking up with a sense of purpose instead of dread.
Imagine reconnecting with the part of you that feels creative, joyful, and fully alive.
That’s exactly what I’ll be diving into in my upcoming masterclass for moms. If you’ve ever felt drained, disconnected, or just not yourself, I want to help you reconnect with the energy that’s already inside you.
Because when you’re living from your Spark, everything shifts.
